DegenDesigns Comprehensive One-Year Warranty
What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty guarantees that your DegenDesigns product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
What Will We Do?
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, DegenDesigns will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equal value.
- Provide a refund equivalent to the original purchase price.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover:
- Physical Damage:
- Broken or visibly cracked PCBs, displays, or casings due to impacts, mishandling, accidents, or water damage for products not explicitly sold as water-resistant.
- Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications:
- Damage caused by repairs or modifications not performed or authorized by DegenDesigns.
- Misuse or Negligence:
- Exposure to fire, extreme temperatures, or other conditions outside the product’s intended use.
- Incorrect power supply usage or connection of inappropriate accessories.
- Consumable Parts:
- Batteries, finishes, or coatings that naturally degrade over time unless due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
- Loss or Theft of the product.
Warranty Limitations
- This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all warranty claims.
- Repairs or replacements may or may not extend the original warranty period and will be subject to individual review by DegenDesigns.
Abuse of Good-Faith Policy
DegenDesigns operates a good-faith warranty policy to ensure customers receive hassle-free support. However, if we determine that a customer is repeatedly abusing this policy by filing excessive or unjustified claims, we reserve the right to refuse to repair, replace, or refund the product. Such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis after a thorough review.
How to Make a Claim
- Contact DegenDesigns Support at [email protected] with:
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Photos or videos showcasing the problem.
- Your order number or receipt as proof of purchase.
- Ship the product to the address provided by DegenDesigns after receiving confirmation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your claim is approved, DegenDesigns will cover shipping for repaired or replacement items.
Important Notes
- Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may include refurbished or reconditioned parts.
